We accept returns only in the following cases:
- The item received is damaged or defective
- The wrong item was delivered
To be eligible for a return:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided (order ID, invoice, etc.)

- Refunds
Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis:
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days from the date we receive the returned product
- No refunds will be issued for items that do not meet the return criteria
- Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items reported after 48 hours of delivery
- Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are not in original condition
- Items without original packaging or accessories
- Exchange
